Head Coach/Player Coaches Wanted
Betws RFC are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Head Coach to lead our senior team into an exciting new chapter. We’re a welcoming, ambitious grassroots club with a strong community heartbeat and a deep passion for rugby.
Our ideal coach is someone who can motivate, develop, and support players of all abilities while driving performance on and off the field.
What We’re Looking For...
• WRU coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential – the club is happy to fund the right candidate’s development.
• A positive, motivational approach to training and match days.
• Commitment to player development, from complete beginners to seasoned players.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for grassroots sport and community rugby.
